2/4 x Limbertwig - 4.6% - Sparkling Session Cider - Vegan & Gluten Free (conatins sulphites)
2/4 x Festbier - 5.4% - Lager - Vegan & Gluten Free

All the beers in this box are made with the same ingredients as non-gluten free beers, but by small adjustments to the brewing process, we reduce the gluten level to below the 20ppm threshold, under which a product is considered to be Gluten Free.
To ensure these are below the 20ppm threshold, before packaging, every single batch is tested using a Biocheck Gluten R5 Flow Through Test. This in turn is supported by regular lab-based validation tests using the R5 Competitive ELISA method.
Our cider is made using no ingredients that contain gluten.
