As farm-based fans of fermentation, it was inevitable we would be drawn to making cider. But not just any cider. It had to be: Crisp, refreshing, juicy and perfectly balanced.
Using 5 different apple varieties, fermenting the with Champagne yeast and then blending in a generous helping of freshly pressed Gala and Braeburn apple juice, we think we’ve nailed it. Meet Limbertwig.
