Taking our vintage cider, brewed with a champagne yeast and local Sussex apples, and aging it in rye whiskey barrels has resulted in a cider of wonderful complexity. Apples combine with bourbon, American Oak and vanilla to give a dry finish to this lightly sparkling vintage cider.
