This bright pale gold Munich Helles style lager, features a grain bill of Extra Pale & Munich for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast & hop it principally with Czech Saaz, lending it an enticing florality to sit alongside the bread and malt aromas and flavours. A balanced bitterness leads to a refreshing and thirst quenching finish.

Pairs well with both seafood and light meats, such as chicken.

Unfined, unfiltered, and suitable for vegans.
