On Sunday 5th February we’ll be welcoming a carefully curated selection of local food makers to our taproom to sell their delicious wares.

This market will run from 11am till 4pm with no tickets required.
If you’re thinking about lunch, The Dough Miky will be serving his famous pizza all day, complimented by delicious pakoras and bhajis from Whan Bam.

Bignose & Beardy

Old Friends of the brewery, Steve and Phil make traditional real Sussex cider and vinegar the no fuss way. Still, unfiltered, unpasteurised and wild fermented in small batches.

Long term collaborators of ours, the three sisters from Eastbourne are nothing short of sourdough and sweet treat magicians.

Hidden Spring Vineyard

A hop skip and a jump away from the brewery, the 24,000 vines at Hidden Spring produce a variety of still and sparkling wines

THE SUSSEX BEE

Lia (with the help of her bees) produces hand dipped candles & single source, unpasteurised honey from her small Sussex apiary.

Court Garden Vineyard

Court Garden is a family-run, single-estate vineyard and winery in Ditchling, producing English sparkling and still wine, set on a beautiful south-facing slope with the South Downs as a backdrop.

LAM Food & Fibre

LAM Food & Fibre is a project established by a farmer and fashion designer. They are are making the link between farming and fashion, whereby they utilise the whole animal to produce and develop climate-beneficial meat and eggs as well as wool fibre for use in fashion designs, the yarn dyed with flower pigments from our own dye garden.

Wild Alchemy

Wild Alchemy is a unique Sussex based drinks company, specialising in healing foods & handmade ferments. They believe food should nourish the body, whilst being delicious enough to nourish the soul. 

Indie Farmer

Nigel is a third generation farmer. In 2014 he returned to his small family farm in East Sussex to help his parents raise cattle and sheep. Nigel established a small herd of native breed Sussex cattle and it is this beef that he will be selling at the market.
