CHRISTMAS Parties at the taproom

If you’re looking for somewhere different for your office Christmas party, look no further.

-SMALLER GATHERINGS / staff parties-

If you are looking to organise a smaller gathering for less people or do not want to exclusively hire, we can book out tables for you and your guests on the evening of your choosing. You can still do our 2 course meal option. You can call us on 01323 700200 or email taproom@gunbrewery.co.uk

-stretch tent exclusive hire-

You can book our stretch tent - suitable for up to 80 guests - for exclusive bookings that run from 5pm-10pm Wed-Fri and 12-10 Sat-Sun.
The stretch tent has its own private bar for the exclusive use of your guests. It’s weatherproof and heated, ensuing you stay cosy on even the crispest winter nights.

It will be dressed in its Christmas finest, with crackers on the tables. The bar will run our normal beer and wine, fizz & spirits offerings as well as seasonal drinks.

Food

This year we are offering a two course set Christmas menu at £18.50. It will feature a choice of our pies (homemade here on the farm and incorporating our beers), served with skin on fries and mushy garden peas, followed by a Christmas treat for dessert. Please enquire about this when you look to book.

Music

We have a PA system in the tent that you can hook into, so that Spotify playlist you’ve spent hours creating, can finally have its public debut.

pricing

For the stretch tent there is a £100 upfront fee and there is a minimum bar spend of £500.
You can run the event as a pay bar (where your guests pay at the bar) or run a tab which the organiser settles at the end.

-exclusive hire of the venue-

You can book our taproom & stretch tent for exclusive use inside and out - suitable for up to 150 guests - on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday Evenings.
Bookings run from 5pm to 10pm.
The ending time can be pushed later, ask about this when booking!

The taproom will be dressed in its Christmas finest, there will be crackers on the tables and offerings of seasonal drinks.

Alternatively, for exclusive whole venue hires, should you wish to arrange your own catering, we can suggest suppliers.

As well as our full range of brewery fresh beer on cask and keg, we offer a lovely selection of wines, fizz, Spirits and soft drinks.
